I have an old BMW..had an airbag recall..BMW chased me to take care of it and there was a breakdown in communication as to the shop I was scheduled for. Rosemary at United worked hard to fit me in and get me out. Thanks! They also detailed my car...totally unexpected. Thanks! Before I got off the lot an unexpected but ongoing problem came to light. Although it cost me a diagnostic fee the mechanic showed me the problem saving me hours of self diagnosis and money. Thanks! Highly recommend United BMW.
