I found a car online in and reached out to the dealership with what I was looking for. They replied right away and mentioned there were more cars on-site, and they were not wrong at all. Pretty great selection considering the time of year and with the ongoing pandemic. Was very pleased with the selections. And Daniel was more than helpful with me - and patient. We worked out a deal that day. Paperwork on my trade-in, and financing was all wrapped that afternoon and I was out of there in ~3 hours. Very pleasant experience all around.
I always have a positive experience with the service department. Their customer service is excellent. Syed Faem was my service advisor for my last service visit. He kept me updated while my car was there. When the service was complete, he explained everything thoroughly that was done to the car. I drive 2 hours just to get service done at this dealership, since my local BMW dealership does not have the same level of customer service.

I took my 328d wagon for it's first annual service. I was quoted $350 for an oil change and something like $250 for a diagnostics check and once over of the car. The $350 was reduced to $200 after I complained, the change they made was to use Pennzoil instead of BMW branded oil (still a synthetic). I was also told $200 to replace the cabin air filter. Really? These prices are beyond outlandish. I have had good care under warranty but I will not pay through the nose for service and will go elsewhere.
I give this place a solid 5 star. I took my car for service and was assigned Syed as the advisor. Syed is the absolute best. He identified recall fixes at no cost to me, ordered the parts and had the car back within 2 days. This was my first visit to this place and now they have a loyal customer, and when it comes time to replace the current car I will go back to them as well.
